Security Escort & Driver Team Needed

$1,000 per day / $55 per hour, per diem security escort and driver team wanted for a high threat / risk client. This client engages in international and American politics. The job currently pays $55 per hour; and shifts can be long hours, 15 to 20 hours per day. Team members only work one or two days per week. Earnings are approximately 2k for those two full days of work. Typically, employee will earn $1,000 per day for each person on the detail.

Candidates must also work with lower profile clients prior to working with this high-risk client, so that employment agency can get feedback on candidate’s performance before they set candidate up with the higher threat level clients. This job starts and ends in Queens, or Westchester NY.

Candidates need dignitary protection experience or training, as well as the certificate, or executive protection training or experience, with verifiable experience.

In some cases those without the certification can work with lower profile clients for additional time so that the agency can make assessments. Current CPR, First Aid, AED certificates are a plus, but not mandatory.

Shift days are irregular, hours are irregular, and security escorts and driving can be local or tri-state, or beyond. The average assignment is 12 to 18 hours. The security team will usually obtain two to three days advance notice, and if driver is unavailable, agency will just call another team member.

Experience — Verifiable executive protection for five years (Required); Verifiable dignitary protection for five years (Required); Homeland security / terrorism experience for five years (Preferred).

License/Certification — Dignitary protection certification (Required); NYS armed guard license (Required).
