Second Grade Sylvia Rivera on February 22\, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the American Legion Hall at 3 Bayview Avenue in East Islip\, NY 11730. Detective Rivera retired out of the Chief of Department’s Office on January 31\, 2002\, and her death on September 25\, 2024\, is pending 9/11 LOD approval.
