DESCRIPTION:The Tunnel to Towers Foundation and Guardian Revival are collaborating on “Hold the Line\,” a unique\, in-person experience exclusively for America’s first responders to gather together and be inspired\, informed\, and motivated. “Guardian” communities require service and sacrifice. They want you to dedicate a day to yourself and with each other to prioritize and improve your health\, wellness\, relaxation\, mindfulness\, and resilience. \nFriday\, May 2\, 2025 at the Conrad New York Downtown\, 102 North End Avenue\, NYC\, NY 10292. \nRegistration is free for first responders and military. \n8:30 a.m. — Registration & Breakfast \n9:30 a.m. to 3: 00 p.m. — Program \nThe day includes hearing first hand stories from the “guardians\,” as well as presentations\, and workshops on wellness\, relaxation\, mindfulness\, and resilience.
