There will be a street renaming ceremony for Det. Second Grade Joseph M. Paolillo on Friday, August 4, 2023, beginning at 11:00 a.m., at Sheppard Street and Glen Head Road in Long Island, NY 11545.
While in active service with the Real Time Crime Center, Det. Paolillo passed away on September 9, 2019, from illnesses contracted as a result of his work on the rescue and recovery from 9/11.
