The DEA regrets to announce the passing of active Detective Second Grade Rosa E. Gonzalez-Noa, who passed away on August 4, 2024. Det. Gonzalez-Noa was appointed to the force on July 1, 2002. She was promoted to Detective on November 30, 2007, and earned second grade on October 18, 2021. She passed away while assigned to the NYPD’s Crime Control Strategies. She will be deeply missed.
