The DEA regrets to announce the passing on December 6, 2022, of retired Det. First Grade Robert C. Moller, who retired out of the NYPD Intelligence Division in 1978.
Following his retirement from the NYPD, Det. Moller continued his career in public service with the U.S. State Department at the U.S. Mission to the United Nations in Manhattan, retiring with the rank of “Minister Counselor.” In this position, he continued his contact with the Intelligence Division, handling many foreign dignitary visits to the United States.
