DEA Capital Rx

Members should receive new Capital Rx Identification Cards and Welcome Packets shortly. Because of the severe weather conditions around the United States, you may experience a delay in receiving your new ID Cards.

On-Line Access
Members can access the Capital Rx member portal by visiting https://app.cap-rx.com and clicking on “Register Now.” Registration can be completed by answering a few pedigree questions and by using your unique DEA Health Benefit nine-digit identification number. (Example: DEA012345).

Capital Rx Mobile App
Members can also download the Capital Rx app on their mobile devices and register using your DEA Health Benefit nine-digit identification number. The App can be downloaded on the Apple Store or Google Play. Once you have successfully registered online or on the app, you can easily access your Capital Rx digital Identification Card.

How to Register Online or Using the Capital Rx Mobile App
When online visit https://app.cap-rx.com/register Click on “Register Now.” Fill in your personal information and click “Validate.” Complete the email credentials form and click “Create Account.” Check your email for the verification code sent by Capital Rx. Enter the code and validate your email address. Registration is complete and you can now log-in using your credentials established during the registration process.

NOTE If members need to fill a prescription on or after February first, and you have not yet received your Capital Rx ID card, you can do one of the following:

● Register online at Capital Rx or on the mobile device using the Capital Rx mobile app and download your digital ID card to take to the pharmacy. Or
