Police Graduate Studies Program

M.A. in Human Resources Training and Development

Seton Hall University offers a Master’s Degree Program in Human Resources Training and Development (HRTD) in two models: on-line and off-campus. The on-line program makes it convenient to earn a graduate degree without the weekly travel or interference with work schedules.  This 24-month, 36-credit hour program is offered exclusively in learning teams with no residency required. The off-campus program meets on weekends at the GWB, Fort Lee, NJ.  It follows the same requirements, i.e. 36 credits, two year track on the average. The faculty is composed of mostly retired NYPD and other law enforcement personnel with earned graduate and doctoral degrees. Active MOS receive a 50% discount on tuition. For those members with MAs, we now offer an off-campus Ed.S. Education Specialist post-graduate/pre-doctoral degree also at the GWB. Please contact Professor Sean McGee at (973) 761-9389, and/or Dr. Dom Varricchio at dr.dom@verizon.net.

There is still time to enroll in either Master’s model for the fall 2017 semester. See the website at --
