Through the efforts of the DEA and our lobbyists putting pressure on City Hall, on June 10, 2021, 360 third graders were promoted, plus we received an additional number of second and first grades. Undercovers were promoted on June 22, 2021. Anyone above the 18 months in track will get retroactivity pay and time.
