With our new Cigna dental plan becoming effective September 1, 2021, the DEA reminds all members to ensure the union has your current address and contact information as the new Cigna dental identification card(s) will be mailed to you shortly.
If you are single, you will receive one card. If you have a spouse and/or family, you will receive two cards. If more are needed for eligible family members under your plan, you will be able to order additional cards from Cigna.
It is very important that you receive your card(s), so if you recently moved, or are moving before or shortly after September 1st, please update the DEA now with your new address.
