With the retirement of Tony Casilla on October 30, 2025, Antonio Esposito moved up to Borough Director, Manhattan/Bronx/Headquarters, and Ryan Johnston moved up to Trustee of Manhattan South. Det. Frank DiFranco of Manhattan South Homicide won the election (which was tallied on December 9, 2025) for the position of Manhattan South Welfare Officer.
