Any DEA member who is assaulted or otherwise injured in the performance of duty, please notify our attorneys immediately so that they may potentially pursue a civil liability lawsuit against the perpetrator or person responsible. Our attorneys presently have several lawsuits pending at this time against individuals who have injured our Detectives both intentionally or through their negligence.
