On March 12, 2021, there was an online conference call with the police and fire unions to discuss reimbursement of the 9/11 approval funds by FEMA. This is reimbursement of funds related to injuries and deaths related to 9/11.
Please note: You are eligible to become a lifetime member at the age of 65 if you have no outstanding dues
Know More About Retiree Dues:
To remain a member “in good standing” and to become a lifetime member with the DEA; you must have your dues paid in full, from your retirement date up until the year you turn 65 years of age.
