Raymond L. Wittick joined the Police Department in 1993. He was promoted to Detective in December of 1999 while assigned to Narcotics in Brooklyn. He later transferred to Staten Island Narcotics and became the Delegate in April of 2010. With more than a quarter century in the hard-charging and dangerous world of Narcotics, Ray brings his vast experience to the union. He has been involved representing members in a variety of incidents, both on and off duty. He continues to support our membership with dedication, honesty, and integrity as the union’s Staten Island Welfare Officer.
