There was a meeting on February 11, 2020 with NYPD Risk Management regarding the CCRB’s mediation pilot program to address CCRB complaints about profiling. The issue, as well as regular CCRB mediation was discussed. In conclusion, the DEA resolved it will now utilize mediation at the members’ discretion. Members, as always, will be represented by the union as needed.
