The Fifth Year Memorial Service for Det. Brian Mulkeen will be on Monday, September 30, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Frances de Chantal Church at 190 Hollywood Avenue in The Bronx, NY 10465. A luncheon will be held at the same location following the Mass.
