The director of the Public employee program (PEP) at RMR Wealth, Anthony Fanara, began working with Police Unions and other uniformed civil service unions across the country in 2002. Anthony is a retired uniformed member of the NYPD, a combat cross recipient, and a three-time elected union delegate.

In 2002, Anthony co-founded the Public Employee Program. Its mission is to provide wealth management, education and financial services tailored to police and fire unions, Fraternal organizations and members of civil service in a professional, ethical and philanthropic manner.
Anthony is a retired member of the New York City Police Department and was a three time elected Union Delegate. He was a first responder on 9/11, working rescue and recovery at ground zero. He is also a Combat Cross recipient and was a street cop for 20 years. Anthony lives on Long Island with his wife, Dorothy and his two children, Emily and Albert.
