Richard (Rich) Baboolal became a Police Officer in year 2000. He was promoted to Detective in 2014. In 2017, Rich was elected to the Delegate’s position for the 33 Squad. In 2021, he was elected as the DEA’s Welfare Officer for Manhattan North. Richard has been involved in many hearings and cases involving member disciplinary actions. He continues to represent our membership, and continues to fight for their rights with dedication, honesty, and integrity.
