Richard (Rich) Baboolal became a Police Officer 24 years ago, in 2000. He was promoted to detective in 2014. Rich currently works in the 33rdsquad.
In 2017, Rich was elected to the delegate position for the 33rd squad. Then, he was elected as the Welfare Officer for Manhattan North in 2021.
In the last seven years, Richard has been involved in many hearings and cases involving member disciplinary actions, fighting alongside the member. He will continue to help our members with dedication, honesty, and integrity.
