Timothy Quinn is currently serving in his 30th year with the NYPD. He was appointed to the NYC Transit Police Department in 1994, rolled into the NYPD in 1995, and served in the NYPD Counter Terrorism Bureau from 2002 to 2004. He served as the Alternate Delegate in the Intelligence Division until his election as the Delegate in July of 2016. Timothy earned his gold shield in October 2008, and First Grade in 2022. He was elected the DEA Headquarters Welfare Officer in August 2024. During his career, he has served the DEA and our membership with strength and devotion.
