Detective Quinn is currently serving in my 30th year with the NYPD. He was appointed to the NYC Transit Police Department in 1994 and served in the Counter Terrorism Bureau from 2002 to 2004. Subsequently, he served as the alternate delegate in the Intelligence division until his election as the Delegate in July of 2016.
He was promoted to Detective Third grade October 2008 and subsequently to Detective First Grade in 2022. Ultimately, being elected as the Headquarters Welfare Officer in August 2024.
During his career, he has served the DEA with strength and devotion. As your welfare officer, he will serve you in the same way.
