On Saturday September 9, 2023, there will be a street dedication ceremony at Devonshire Drive and Wilson Boulevard in New Hyde Park, New York in honor of Det. Stuart F. Fishkin, who died in the line of duty on May 8, 2015, because of illnesses he contracted on the rescue and recovery of 9/11. The ceremony is slated to begin at 12:00 noon, but still being confirmed.
