There will be a street renaming ceremony for Det. Keith Williams, shot and killed in the line of duty with Det. Richard Guerzon, on November 13, 1989. The street renaming will be at Liberty Avenue and 172nd Street in Jamaica, New York on September 14, 2019. The event will start at 2:00 p.m. and run until 6:00 p.m.
