The DEA regrets to announce the death on June 30, 2024, of active Detective Christophe Kihika Bramwell of the Grand Larceny Division. He was 48 years old. Bramwell was appointed to the force on July 1, 2003, and was promoted to Detective on March 31, 2023. During his career, Bramwell worked in the 110 Precinct, Patrol Borough Queens North, the 109 Squad, and Grand Larceny. Christophe courageously battled health issues for several years and he will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and colleagues.
