There will be a walk-out for longtime DEA Delegate, second grade Det. Israel (Izzy) Adorno of the 23 Squad, on Friday, July 13, 2018 at the 23 Precinct at 162 East 102 Street, Manhattan. Izzy has served over 30 years with the NYPD, and 29 of those years with the 23! Lunch will be at 1:00 p.m. and walk out at 2:00 p.m. All are welcome.
