It has come to the DEA’s attention that the Department has been changing the tour(s) of MOS on their first and last tour to get better weekend “coverage.” Should the Department change your tour on your first or last tour and infringe on your regular days off, please be advised that you are entitled to overtime for that change.
For example, if a Detective is scheduled for a 4 X 12 on his or her last tour, and the tour is changed to 6 X 2, that Detective is now entitled to two (2) hours of overtime.
