DEA Files Amicus Curiae Brief With U.S. Supreme Court Against Vaccine Mandate

On Sept. 28, 2022, the DEA filed an Amicus Curiae (“Friend of the Court”) Brief with the United States Supreme Court in support of the emergency petition filed by Det. Anthony Marciano to have the Court hear his case. The DEA has urged the Court to accept Det. Marciano’s case, and upon accepting the case, enter an injunction against the City of New York blocking the City from further enforcement of the Vaccine Mandate pending the final outcome of the case. As we have argued in our other lawsuits challenging the Mandate, it is time to lift the Mandate.
