There will be a hearing tomorrow for one of the defendants in the case pertaining to the death of Det. Brian Simonsen, Wednesday, July 31, 2019, at 9:30 a.m. in front of Judge Holder, Queens Supreme Court at 125-01 Queens Boulevard. Although the case is not ready to go to trial yet, the hearing will be 9:30 in Queens Supreme Court.
