The current MLC health agreement expires on June 30, 2018. The City is deep in contract negotiations with DC37, as expected. It is the City’s intention to reap further savings in health by attempting to tie in health with DC37’s new contract.
Please note: You are eligible to become a lifetime member at the age of 65 if you have no outstanding dues
Know More About Retiree Dues:
To remain a member “in good standing” and to become a lifetime member with the DEA; you must have your dues paid in full, from your retirement date up until the year you turn 65 years of age.
