Because of the pending retirement of DEA Board Officer Christopher (Troy) Alden, there will be an election for his position of Queens Welfare Officer. Qualified candidates per the DEA Constitution and By Laws (two or more years as a DEA Delegate) must submit a letter of intent to run for the position to DEA Secretary Jeffrey Ward by the deadline of May 22, 2025.
