Recent Labor-Management Meeting

On December 19, 2023, there was a Labor-Management meeting between the DEA and the Office of Labor Relations (OLR) to discuss the DEA’s Time-Tracking App and the “uncaptured” overtime being performed by our members. Discussion about the value of our “uncaptured” overtime was explored in our last round of contract negotiations and the agreement was to explore the value of this further. At this meeting, the two sides agreed to exchange documents and data with respect to this “uncaptured” overtime that is being worked, but that goes uncompensated. We are currently awaiting the receipt of this information and working to schedule another meeting with OLR to continue the negotiation process.
