Verdict is “Guilty” in Tsakos Case

On Tuesday, October 31, 2023, the jury in the case of the line of duty death of Det. First Grade Anastasios Tsakos was handed down. The drunk driver, Jessica Beauvais, was found guilty on all counts by a jury in Queens Supreme Court. Sentencing is scheduled for December 14, 2023.
