Armed security needed for Westchester County, White Plains, NY (vicinity of Saxon Woods Park) — Retired LEOs are needed for armed guard positions in the vicinity of Saxon Woods Park at Mamaroneck Avenue and Hutchinson Parkway.

Essential job responsibilities are as follows:

Control access to facility according to company protocols;

Provide onsite protection of assigned post and designated perimeter;

Observe, report, and support client expectations;

Report all breaches per applicable methods;

Evaluate and respond to concerns with professionalism and according to company protocols;

Assist fellow security guards with de-escalation when applicable per company protocols;

Alert supervisor on duty when situation requires escalation per company protocols;

Follow procedures for property patrol, fire prevention, and incident reporting;

Work with diligence and respect to ensure the safety and security of assigned client, visitors, and property;

Adhere to all company service and operating standards.

Minimum qualifications/requirements are as follows:

Professional demeanor, discretion, and confidentiality required;

Retired law enforcement Officer status (local, state, or federal);

Valid New York State armed security license;

Unrestricted New York State carry permit (must be current and valid);

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
