Daily News Covers DEA Letter to CCRB

On September 30, 2021, the DEA sent a letter to CCRB Chair Frederick Davie, and carbon copied Executive Director Jonathan Darche, regarding the CCRB Investigators’ failure to show up in their offices for interviews, because they’re still working from home, even though our members have been out in the field since the beginning of the pandemic. This, coupled with the technical problems encountered with the CCRB’s remote interviews, has been wasting the precious time of our Detectives who should be investigating crimes and keeping New Yorkers safe.

We also addressed CCRB’s intimidation tactic of having framed, anti-police press clippings in the background of their Zoom calls.

Today, the October 7, 2021 issue of the New York Daily News published an article about our letter. We are continuing to make public the roadblocks we are up against in fighting for the safety of the citizens of New York. You can link to the Daily News here:
