In conjunction with the contract raise of June 1, 2025, and with regard to the provisions of the DEA’s Constitution and By Laws, effective June 1, 2025, the amount of bi-weekly payroll deduction for active members of the DEA shall increase from $52.75 to $56.50.
According to our current Collective Bargaining Agreement, which covers the period from June 1, 2022, to May 31, 2027, we have two, base-wage increases left. The first will occur on June 1, 2025, for 3.50%; and the second kicks in on June 1, 2026, for 4.00%. Those hitting five years in rank will also receive the 2.25% (called the Service Differential).
