A number of our members have complained that they’ve had a hard time getting through to Healthplex during this era of working through the pandemic.
Because of the longer than usual telephone hold times that members have been experiencing, we asked Healthplex to create an email account for DEA members to email their inquiries. The email inbox will be overseen by the Healthplex Account Services Team.
