Joining law enforcement to discuss the rise in random violence and shootings were parents of crime victims: Nadine Mckenzie, mother of slain teenager Shamoya Mckenzie; Eve Hendryx, mother of murdered teen Brandon Hendricks; and Randolph Holder, Sr., father of slain Det. Randolph Holder, Jr.
