AUSA Michael Goldberger of the Department of Justice is spearheading a Civil (not criminal) Investigation of the Special Victims Division. While we anticipate that numerous SVD Detectives will be interviewed, the NYPD Legal Bureau will be representing all of our members. Gregory Silverman is the point person at the DEA with regards to the conducting of those interviews.
