Nicholas (Nick) Masi joined the Department in 1993. He was promoted to Detective in 2008. Nick was elected DEA Delegate from the 103 Squad in 2012. Ultimately, he served 28 years in the 103. He became the DEA Queens Welfare Officer in 2018, became a fully-released union Officer in 2021, and was elevated to the DEA Queens Trustee position in 2022. In 2023, Nick was appointed the union’s Treasurer. Nicholas continues to fight for our members and line-of-duty families with dedication, honesty, and integrity. He also currently serves as the Vice President of the NYPD Honor Legion.
