Our current DEA Collective Bargaining Agreement covers the period from June 1, 2022, to May 31, 2027. This year’s raise for 3.50% kicked in on June 1, 2025. The following charts represent salary steps for newly promoted Detectives and others to top pay.
The final raise will kick in on June 1, 2026, for 4.00%.
Those hitting five years in rank also receive the 2.25% (called the Service Differential).
