According to our current collective bargaining agreement, which covers the period from June 1, 2022, to May 31, 2027, we have two, base-wage increases left. The first will occur on June 1, 2025, for 3.50%; and the second kicks in on June 1, 2026, for 4.00%. Those hitting five years in rank will also receive the 2.25% (called the Service Differential).
