Cop Killer Appointed to Police Reform Panel — Outraged DEA Responds

The DEA sent the following letter to Governor Andrew Cuomo regarding the recent Ithaca appointment of cop-killer Richard Rivera, who, in 1981, executed P.O. Robert Walsh in cold blood while trying to rob an establishment. Rivera served 25 years to life in prison and was paroled in 2019.
