The NYPD Medical Division now has a completely electronic line-of-duty injury reporting system. The system is available on the Department Intranet via the “Applications” link on the main portal page. It is also available on your Department issued cellphone by clicking on the new Medical Division App icon on the home screen.
You will be required to use a password that will be automatically emailed to your Department email address when you attempt to access the program.
