First Grade Didarul Islam, who was killed in the line of duty on July 28, 2025, the Law Enforcement Officers Weekend Inc. and the NYPD’s DESI Society, Bangladeshi American Police Association and Muslim’s Officer Society, set up this Fund the First Campaign to benefit the Islam family, which just had their third child.
